Placing an Order
Shopping at Godon is simple and enjoyable. If you already know what you're looking for, you can browse through our categories like Clothing, Accessories, Shoes, or Brands.
Once you find an item you'd like to purchase, select your preferred size and color, then click on the Add to Bag button. You can view and manage the items in your bag by clicking the shopping bag icon at the top-right of the page.
You can always adjust your selection by removing items or saving them to your wishlist for later. When you're ready, just click on Checkout to finalize your order.
Wrong or Damaged Item in Your Order
If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please visit the Contact Us page and get in touch via WhatsApp at XXXXXX for immediate assistance or send an email to admin@godonstore.com. Include your order number, the name and number of the item, and attach a photo of it. Our team will respond within 2-3 days.
Missing Item in Your Order
For missing items, please head to the Contact Us page and reach out through WhatsApp at XXXXXX for quick support or email admin@godonstore.com with your order number and the missing item's name and number. We will reply within 2-3 days.
Once an order cancellation has been made, it cannot be undone. If you still wish to purchase the items, you'll need to place a new order.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also get a second email with your order invoice. Once your order is shipped, a third email will notify you that your order is on its way.
Currently, you can only cancel part of an order. To make changes or add items, you will need to cancel the order or place a new one.

Your order will be shipped based on the estimated delivery date shown during checkout.

Payments may be declined for reasons such as incorrect CVV numbers, wrong card details, or insufficient funds. If this happens, an error message will appear on the order review screen. If the issue persists, please contact your bank for further assistance.
To pay using Apple Pay, simply select the Apple Pay option during checkout. Make sure your device is connected to an Apple Pay account with a linked payment method, and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the payment.
Yes! First-time users can enjoy a 10% discount on their first order through the GODON website by signing in or creating an account. This offer applies to full-price items only.
