Return Policy Terms

We offer a hassle-free, "no questions asked" return policy, allowing you to return your items within 30 days of delivery, at no cost, as long as the conditions outlined in this section are met. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order and meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unaltered, unused, and in the same sellable condition as when received.
  • All original brand and product labels, tags, and instructions must remain attached. For swimwear, the hygiene liner must be intact.
  • The return must include the original order confirmation.
  • Underwear is non-returnable.

Return Process

You can return items by scheduling a collection from your delivery address through one of the following options:

Refund Process

Refunds will only be processed after the items returned have been approved. After approval, we will issue a refund of the full-face value of undamaged items duly returned (excluding, where applicable, the original delivery charges).

Your refund will be processed via the following methods:

  • If you paid using Tabby, Tamara, or Postpay, your refund will be processed in accordance with the vendor's terms and conditions.
  • If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be processed back to the card used for the purchase.
  • If you paid by bank transfer, the refund will be credited to your bank account.

Item Return Policies

Damaged Goods and Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please use the Returns Process outlined above to return the item. To qualify for a full refund, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received within 30 days of delivery. Where applicable, the refund will include the original delivery charges.

Replacements may be offered based on stock availability. Items with manufacturing defects may also be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. If you believe your item is defective, please contact us at admin@godonstore.com.

Non-returnable Items

Underwear items and swimwear cannot be returned.

Exchanges

You can arrange for an exchange by scheduling a collection from your delivery address, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items can only be exchanged for a different size of the same product.
  • The exchange process will begin once the return has been approved.
  • Exchange requests can be canceled at any time before processing.
  • Multiple exchanges for the same item are allowed.
  • Underwear and swimwear items cannot be exchanged.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we encourage you to let us know right away at admin@godonstore.com.

Please note that we monitor return patterns and reserve the right to refuse orders from customers with a high volume of returns. However, this does not affect any consumer rights you may have under UAE law.

After submitting your return, the item will undergo a quality check. You'll receive an email regarding the approval or rejection within 2-3 days. Refund timelines vary by payment method: - Credit Card: 5-14 working days. Check your return confirmation email for the refund details.

Once a return request is submitted, it can't be edited. However, you can include additional items during the pick-up. If you do, notify Customer Care to avoid refund delays.
